Before Oprah

Everything returned to one memory.

The client was coordinating responsibilities across conversations, documents, ideas, and deadlines. Important work kept returning to the same bottleneck: one person had to remember the context and manufacture the next move.

A generic chatbot would add another place to explain the work. The brief was to build continuity around the person: remember what mattered, understand how she worked, and help convert thought into follow-through.
